Off Season Rental
Western Carolina State Fair Foundation has a variety of buildings and outside areas available for rent during the offseason!
Rental Requirements
Proof of insurance with Western Carolina State Fair Foundation listed as an additionally insured.
A refundable deposit is required a minimum of 30 days prior to the rental.
All rentals over 150 attendees must have a bathroom attendant present for the entire event. The preferred vendor for janitorial staff MUST be used. Rates begin at $15 per person per hour, for a minimum of 3 hours.

Buildings
Lewis Wise Buildings: 15,000 sq. ft., 300 capacity, climate-controlled with open concept layout and 2,000 sq.ft. handicapped accessible restrooms
Outdoor Areas
Bridgestone Arena: 1,800 capacity stadium seating
Main Midway: 5-acre open grassy area
KiddieLand Midway: less than 1-acre grassy area
